Version 2.5.5

• Corrected button order in the Sequence Editor — the Import and Export buttons had been reversed in a prior update.

• Added a new configuration option to enable pre-priming all tips prior to each dispense pass (applicable to Standard and Meta protocols only).

• Updated Run Synthesis to automatically prime all tips ready for dispense before the start of each dispense-pass series (Standard and Meta protocols only).

Version 2.5.6

• Modified Run Synthesis pressure monitoring behavior:

  • When pressure goes out of range, the system now logs the event silently instead of displaying an interrupting dialog.

  • The synthesis automatically continues once pressure returns to the acceptable range.

  • Other pausable conditions (e.g., Lid Open, Leak Detected) will still trigger user dialogs requiring acknowledgment before resuming.

Version 2.5.7

• Updated Backup/Restore functionality to no longer remember the previous archive path or filename.

• Added a new configuration option to restrict plate movement unless chamber pressure is within acceptable limits.

• Enhanced the Manual Control, Priming, and Calibrate Position screens to:

  • Display current lid switch and chamber pressure status.

  • Only allow plate motion when both lid closed and pressure OK conditions are met, based on configuration settings.

• Updated Dispense Calibration to move the plate only when lid and pressure conditions are verified as good.

Version 2.5.8

• Added advanced Run Synthesis controls, allowing users to:

  • Start synthesis from a specific base.

  • Pause before a specified base.

  • Pause automatically after a defined number of hours or minutes.

Version 2.5.9

• Modified Run Synthesis to disable Pause Before Base X and Pause After X Hours/Minutes features when running MAP protocols.

Version 2.5.10 — Validated Build

• Changed the Run Synthesis to move the plate to the "View" position at the end of the synthesis instead of a neutral (x=100, y=100) position.
